Планировали строить кирпичный ДК, потому что там надо, чтобы было и вода, и отопление, и под одной крышей, чтоб была и библиотека, и ФАП. То есть какое-то общее место. А то в самом деле, даже вот приехали к нам какое-то собрание провести – собрать народ у нас негде, вот просто на улице посидеть. Ну хорошо летом, а зимой? ДК это не в нашей компетенции, не в компетенции ТОСов»
