“People used to attend the cemetery on Trinity Sunday, and on other feast days. Sts Peter and Paul Day, and on Trinity. And nobody would drink alcohol at the cemetery, unlike now”

“The Loginovs used to have a tomb at the old cemetery, where their ancestors were buried. There used to be marble tops, but they were all crashed into pieces, because they were wealthy. Their graves used to be right there, along the road. The young people did it, of course. They were led to believe that there were rich people – some money bags – buried there, so they vandalized the graves”
