“We went ice-fishing in winter. We were fishing with a fishing rod. I loved going to the forest and to the sea. I went everywhere. I even put ryuzhi [a type of fishing gear]. I have been putting them in the sea for 10 years. Now, you would install this fishing gear in spring, and when in autumn you would come to check it, you go right into the water. When the water subsides, you can go right into the water”
